TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"#ThankyouMrs Activity"

  1. The "#ThankyouMrs Activity" ("Activity") is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited ("ZEEL") as a promotional activity for its channel "&pictures" ("Channel").
  2. The Activity shall start from September 22, 2025 at 12:00 noon, and end at 11:59 PM on September 27, 2025 ("Activity Period"). It is further clarified that during the Activity Period, shall continue for 6 days everyday from Monday September 12, 2025 12 noon to Saturday September 27, 2025 11:59 pm during the Activity Period ("Daily Activity Period").
  3. The Activity is open for Participant(s) only who are age 18 and above and for all residents of India only.
  4. During the Activity Period in order to participate in the Activity, the Participants need to do the following:
    • ZEE shall post an announcement creative on the &pictures page on 22nd Sep 2025, asking people to share a post which can be text/photo/video on their own profile where they express appreciation to all Mrs. by sharing her story with us and how she's the backbone of their family and thank them
    • The Participants will be shortlisted basis their creativity of responses i.e selection will be at channel discretion
  5. The eligibility criteria shall be as follows:
    • The participants need to be of 18 years or above.
    • The Participant should use the hashtag #ThankyouMrs in the caption copy.
    • The Participant should tag the &pictures page on the social media app they are posting on. (FB: andpictureschannel, Insta: andpicturesin, X: @AndPicturesIN)
    • The Participant should DM &pictures a screenshot of their entry
    • The Participant should send the DM their entry within the Activity Period mentioned above
    • The Participant should answer within the Activity Period
  6. The Shortlisted Participants will be sent a DM asking for their Name, Address, Contact no, Age, Gender, Email id. The Participants are expected to respond with personal details in 48 hours.
  7. Total 15 winners will be selected across all Social Media Platform and are eligible to receive a e-voucher worth Rs 1000/ per Winner. Total of 15 winners shall be selected across fb, insta and X Social Media Platforms.
  8. ZEEL may promote this Activity through the medium of the Channel, television (promos, Astons, bugs etc.), digital media/ online/ any digital platform and any other manner as shall deem fit by ZEEL, at its sole discretion, stating the mechanism in which the Participant(s) can participate in the Activity Post(s).
  9. The Participants / Selected Participants further agree that mandatory ids including but not limited to Pan & valid photo cum address proof such as Aadhar / Voter / Permanent DL /Passport are a must for gratifications provided to the Winners at the sole discretion of the Channel. It is further clarified that the except for the gratification specified and announced in &Pictures program / movie at the discretion of ZEE. There is no other gratification.
  10. For sake of clarity, it is stated that all Entry(ies) should be sent from the personal / self-owned registered mobile number of the Participant. Any Entry(ies) sent from any public or unidentified number shall not be considered valid by ZEEL and the same shall be disqualified.
  11. For purposes of the Activity, "receipt" of the Entry shall be considered by ZEEL only when system receives the correct answer of the Participant as per the format provided by ZEEL. For sake of clarity, any automated receipt confirmation shall not constitute proof of actual receipt.
  12. A valid entry for the purpose of this Activity is where the Participant has submitted the correct answer strictly in the manner provided hereinabove. ("Entry").
  13. The Selected Participants agrees to provide all necessary documents required for verification as requested by ZEEL and within the timeline specified by ZEEL. The gratification for the Winners is non-transferable.
  14. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that apart from the gratification declared above, the Selected Participants (s) shall not be entitled for any other gratification/ opportunity whether monetary or otherwise. Notwithstanding anything contained herein these Terms and Conditions, ZEEL shall have the sole discretion to choose and finalize the form and/or value of the gratification and the Participant shall have no claim in any manner whatsoever in this relation. The Participant understands and agrees that ZEEL shall have full discretion, without informing the Participant, to change the form of gratification and the Participant shall abide by the ZEEL's decision to this effect.
  15. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the ZEEL's decision and prerogative in regard to the selection and declaration of the Selected Participants (s) shall be final and binding. ZEEL at any time during or after the expiry of the Activity Period shall at it sole discretion increase or decrease the number of Selected Participants to be selected by ZEEL for being entitled to receive gratification. For the sake of clarity, mere submitting the correct answer by giving a missed call does not entitle the Participant(s) to receive the gratification.
  16. Each Selected Participants shall receive a call from ZEEL or by any other agency on behalf of the ZEEL by directly calling on Mobile Number from which the Participant submitted its Entry ("Intimation Call"). ZEEL and/ or any other agency of behalf of ZEEL shall make only one (1) attempt to contact the Selected Participants (s) by calling on the Mobile Number of the Selected Participants (s) registered with ZEEL. In case the Winner(s) fails to pick up the Intimation Call or if the Mobile Number shows busy network/ out of coverage network, the selection of that particular Selected Participants shall be invalidated and ZEEL at its sole discretion may select another Winner from amongst the eligible Participant(s) who qualify as per the criteria stated above to receive the gratification. ZEEL shall not be responsible or liable for any technical disruption and/or failure/ and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the Selected Participants is un-reachable, due to which the ZEEL is unable to intimate the Selected Participants.
  17. The Intimation Call shall have instructions on the process required to be adhered by the Selected Participant(s) which inter alia shall include the personal information ("PI") of the Selected Participant (s) such as name, contact number, email address, age, gender, name of parents, residential address etc. The Selected Participant(s) shall be requested to mandatorily furnish their latest photo with documents to ZEEL such as Pan Card; Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – masked Aadhar card / Election card/permanent Driver's License/Passport or any other document as ZEEL may deem fit; latest mobile bill of the Mobile Number from which the Selected Participant has submitted his/her Entry and such other documents as may be required and informed by ZEEL from time to time ("Documents"). All above mentioned Documents shall be self-attested and verified/attested by appropriate authorities and shall be submitted in such manner as specified by ZEEL. For sake of clarity, Participant will be considered as Selected Participant only when he/she has been specifically declared as a Selected Participant and not merely when he/she has been contacted by ZEEL for any purpose.
  18. The Selected Participants (s) shall furnish all requisite PI and Documents in a form and manner desired by ZEEL over Intimation Call. Post receiving the PI and Documents of the Selected Participant(s), ZEEL shall verify the necessary PI and Documents at its end.
  19. Once the PI and/or the Documents have been verified by ZEEL, ZEEL and /or any other agency on behalf of ZEEL shall inform each Selected Participant about the selection as one of the Selected Participant and that he/she shall be entitled to the gratification / Prize as mentioned hereinabove. The gratification / Prizes may be modified/changed/revised at the sole discretion of ZEEL and Participant shall not have any claims or raise any concerns regarding the same.
  20. The gratification / Prize given to the Winners by ZEEL is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. The Winner agrees and undertakes that no alternative gratification will be given to the Winner and the Winner cannot exchange the Prize given for any kind of gift with or without value. Further, the opportunity given to the Winner is personal in nature, hence the Selected Participants cannot transfer the opportunity to any other person. ZEEL makes no representation or warranty with respect to quality or functionality of the Prize and shall not be liable to the Winner in case of any product default or malfunctioning of the Prize or any change in the Prize.
  21. The Winner shall not in any circumstances make any claims against ZEEL entities arising out of or relating to any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly or any related activity, to the extent permitted under law. If the Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with any of the Terms and Conditions, the corresponding Entry will stand disqualified and such decision shall be final and binding.
  22. Family members and relatives of the employees of ZEEL and their group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies are not eligible to participate in the Activity.
  23. No dispute shall be entertained with regards to the selection criteria. Decisions of ZEEL shall be final and binding on the Participant(s).
  24. Each Winner may have to sign any release form or other relevant document as required by ZEEL in order to receive Prize from ZEEL.
  25. The Winner hereby agrees to release and discharge ZEEL from gratification and Activity related obligation on ZEEL.
  26. All PI and Documents requested by and supplied to ZEEL by each Participant/ Selected Participants / Winner must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading, failing which ZEEL reserves at its sole discretion the right to disqualify any Participant/Winner from availing the opportunity to participate in the Activity.
  27. Eligibility for participation in the Activity: Participation in this Activity is restricted to resident(s) of India only and to people who are 18 years of age or above to participate in the Activity. The Participant should use the hashtag #ThankyouMrs in the caption copy. The Participant should tag the &pictures page on the social media app they are posting on. (FB: andpictureschannel, Insta: andpicturesin, X: @AndPicturesIN). The Participant should DM &pictures a screenshot of their entry. The participant should send the DM their entry within the Activity period mentioned above. The participant should answer within the Activity period ("Participant(s)").
  28. Grounds for disqualification to the Activity:
    • Participants who are not eligible to participate in the Activity
    • Participant/ Winner failing to provide the required documents as stated above, within one (1) days of request by ZEEL.
    • Any of the documents/proofs not being properly attested, unclear, illegible and/or ZEEL has reasonable grounds to believe the same to be fraudulent.
    • Entry submitted by proxy will not be accepted, even if the proxy is any of their family members.
  29. Technology Limitations - ZEEL, all participating sponsors, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies shall not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries/ posts; (b) electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of ZEEL.
  30. Each Participant to the Activity declares hereby that he/she is a real person in existence and not a computer programme.
  31. ZEEL does not and shall not subscribe for any claims / disputes / confirmation / responsibility in respect of the Activity including the Activity terms and conditions and any breach thereof.
  32. ZEEL nor any of its affiliates or group companies shall be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Activity or the Prize and further neither ZEEL nor any of its affiliates or group companies shall be responsible for any consumer grievances with respect the Activity or the Prize.
  33. Each Participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the Activity, ZEEL and/ or its affiliates/ agents/ advisors or sub-contractors further can use the personal, sensitive collected information, in any media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any consent, reference, payment or other compensation to the Participant, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
  34. ZEEL shall have the right to share the Participant's personal information to any governmental or regulatory bodies if required by law, rule or statue and in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.
  35. ZEEL takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information provided by the Participant against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. However, ZEEL cannot guarantee the security of any personal information or data which the Participant discloses. In any event, Participant agrees not to hold ZEEL responsible for any breach of security, except in case of negligence or wilful default on the part of ZEEL under the relevant legislation.
  36. Using of false names/ identities, illegal/false mobile numbers, fake email addresses and/or any other illegal means either online or in hard copies shall be considered as suppression of facts and if ZEEL has to suffer of any adverse consequence in this respect, the Participant/s shall be penalised for the same in a manner as ZEEL may deem fit.
  37. Participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating, misrepresentation, providing false information shall be disqualified from the on-going Activity and strict legal action may be taken by ZEEL against such Participant(s).
  38. ZEEL at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions relating to the Activity from time to time and/or suspend, shorten, modify, extend or cancel the same without prior notice, without stating any reason and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms and Conditions of the Activity on https://andpicturestnc.zee5.com.
  39. All disputes arising out of or related to this Activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai alone and subject to the laws of India only.
  40. The Participants shall indemnify and hold ZEEL harmless, its group companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors and employees, against any loss that may occur to them due to non-adherence of these terms and conditions of the Activity.
  41. Unless otherwise expressly stated, copyright, database right or similar rights in all material in relation to the Activity (including graphical images, text, video clips, demographics, sounds, demos, patches and other files) is owned, controlled or licensed by ZEEL or its affiliates and is protected or covered by copyright, trademark, intellectual property law and other proprietary rights. Unless with prior permission, no part of the Platform or the Activity may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other website, nor any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service.
  42. The decision of ZEEL on all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Activity including the selection and declaration of the Winners and the Activity terms and conditions shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  43. By participating in the Activity, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein and all related terms and conditions governing the Activity. The Participant agrees and acknowledges that he/she is aware that personal information collected by Company will be used for purpose of the Activity and/or to reach out to Participant if the Participant is declared as a Winner and/or to inform Participant of any upcoming Activity(s), campaign(s), survey(s), poll(s), etc., conducted on behalf of the Company. The Participant confirms that he/she is consenting for the Company to retain and use the Participants' personal information for above purposes and if at any time the Participant does not want the Company to retain and/or use the Participants' personal information, the Participant shall send a written communication to the Company at response@zee.com to delete and destroy the personal information from date of such communication.
  44. The duration and other rules/regulations of the Activity shall be at the discretion of ZEEL only.
